Ive sort of let things get a bit out of hand recently. Been having an issue with my T and things have been sliding. So all the girls spoke about this tonghit at T and asked for some practical advice. Its just that we havent been eating properly, lost weight, not sleeping in our bed, house work has slipped and washing clothes has been way down on our priorities. To be quite truthful Ive gotten myself into a mess and it feels so much had to be done I dont know whwere to start.
My T has drwan up a little plan for me.
Making my bed, what eaclty i have to do, sorting out whites and coloured clothes to wash tomorow, shopping (ive got a list of what to buy in terms of food) and Ive to write down what I did and bring it with me on Monday.
Its just that I (Audrey) dont post much, its normally the little ones who post, but I wanted you all to know that Ive been letting things slide and now Im trying to sort it. So Im going to check my list of things to do that my T gave me and try as hard as I can to get through them. It has lots of things, right down to making taost and Tea in the morning and she has given me some of her home made rasberry jam to go on my toast.
So keep your fingers crossed and send me some energy cos I need it.
