Don't know if it was or wasn't, but it or another did come to pick me up... as some might have guessed by my lack of presence today.

Came home after yet another grueling ride and went pretty much right to sleep. My arthritis was hurting terribly, so it is kind of like the thing I described in the health forum... don't know whether my body needs the rest because of the arthritis or if the sleep is because of the depression... don't know if it is going against my body to fight it or giving in my depression to give in to it.
