I agree with Goja, I was thinking a withdrawal type symptom too. Maybe? And the meditaion stuff does help...if you can clear your mind, play some ocean sounds with birds chirping, waterfalls, etc when trying to clear your mind...it is very helpful. There is also a scent machine you can get in stores...aroma therapy...it has little crystals that sit in the machine and it gives of fragrance that soothes and relaxes. They are inexpensive and very effective.
Lol, my husband made me stop playing the CD of the ocean and sea gulls during the week, lol, he sleeps through the alram becasue I put it on repeat....he is so funny.
