Yes, it isn't removal that's possible, it's acceptance, coming to peace with them.
You did something very positive today. That is so good!
Try not to lose sight of the good that you felt even if briefly. Feeling good shows that this is something helpful. If you feel too anxious during yoga, you can push throught it or take a restroom break.
