Just some friendly advice, take the adult attention deficit disorder quiz here on PC. I suffered with the same symptom for years that you have described. My niece who has ADD with OCD suggested I look into it. I have it and it has made a difference knowing. I didn't think I had it but I scored 98% on having it. This has helped me and my doctor know how to treat me. I have medical issues I have to deal with also.
