I have nothing to do with deciding what forums should be here (or no more than any other member), but let me put in my two cents' worth anyway:
Most issues/concerns have emotions of some sort associated with them. It seems to me that the "best"

way to deal with emotions is to resolve whatever issue or situation is triggering them.
For dealing with emotions
while working on the issues or situations, there's
therapy of course -- plus everything from meditation to other
Self-Help techniques to
DBT. These probably wouldn't fit together in one forum all that well so you might want to pick the one or two that sound most promising to you, then read and post about them wherever they're being discussed.
