Greenleaves, you've even written it yourself here: you've been told the twitches are from Celexa, you've been told that twitches and TD are very different things, and you've told us that you got twitches from Celexa when you first started it. Chances are very good that the Celexa twitches came back when you started Risperdal either because of your anxiety about it, or because the combination changed the blood levels of Celexa just enough to start them again. The twitches will go away, is my bet.
Also, the best thing you can do for yourself is to continue taking your meds as prescribed by your doctor. Even if this is the doctor filling in for YOUR doctor. Give it a chance, see if it helps with your problems. You've already seen that you had a hard time when you stopped cold turkey. That really should tell you what you need to know.
Good luck.

There is no heroic poem in the world but is at bottom a biography, the life of a man; also, it may be said there is no life of a man, faithfully recorded, but is a heroic poem of its sort, rhymed or unrhymed.
