The importance of such a forum is that we can learn from a "healthy feelings forum" from eachother. A lot of us grew up without feelings modeled in a healthy way. We took our unhealthy ways of coping with us as we started independent lives or families of our own. This applies particularly to anger as well as our overall relationships and communication skills...ever notice how popular the SI, survivors of abuse, and relationships forums are? Wouldn't it be nice to learn healthy ways of treating others as well as ourselves?
