(((((Audrey)))))) YOu are not failing. It's tough to do all this stuff when we are feeling bad. But look at how much you have already achieved.
Is there anything you can do to help yourself get out? Why is it that you are finding it difficult?
As to the crying, that's not such a terrible thing. Let the tears out - perhaps give yourself a space for that. Can you look forward to getting yourself a reward when you make it to the shops?
