I didn't really wrote this post to have compliments. I just wrote it for I don't know why. Maybe to let people know in here what APD is and that some of us are suffering from it and it makes us really unsafe to post about ourself but by just being here means we are trying.

I do care about others a lot and I wish I could make all the suffering in their heart disappear. I just want to say that sometime my avoidancy keeps me in the background, keeps me quiet but I do care about all of you.

I don't know if what I'm saying is making any sense. It is really hard sometime to find the right words.
