I seem to be doing a lot of ..lucid dreaming lately. Dreaming seems to be a aided effect of therapy. 2 years ago, when asked if I dreamed my response would have been "I don't dream". I'm finding that a dream will start and then I'll keep dreaming different versions of it until I find one that I can tolerated.
I think you might have stumbled on a powerful healing tool. I know when I am finally able to work through a rwcurring nightmare it usually fades or doest flip .e out as much afterwards.
