thanks for any feedback. i'm not certain that i'll ever do it, i'm just trying to figure out more about it..
1. I've hugged exactly two out of ... five? therapists. Both women. One I have the best rapport with - she's been my T the longest (I've hugged her more than once, but who knows how many times, maybe half a dozen in years. Last time it was because I was saying all I really wanted from someone was a hug and for someone to tell me they cared. She asked if it was okay first, which was odd to me). I hugged another T goodbye on the last session but that was it.

Idk, I found that a hug is a hug for me... I just like hugs.
