You need to watch yourself very carefully to catch whatever comes quickly. I know I can see my pdoc in an urgent care appointment if my mood is changing to get a med check/change. (Actually, I just found out that she go a PA to cover urgent care appointments because she has so many patients on her caseload. I think I would be okay with that as they stay in close contact and I would still see her on regular appointments.)
