I understand about the antibiotics and yeast infections. It doesn't happen to me but to my husband. He gets an yeast infection if he has to take mega doses of antibiotics. Thanks to him, I have learned a yeast infection doesn't have to be just in your private area. He had one that developed on his arms and on his head. His wound care specialist was shocked. She didn't understand about the blisters he had developed after taking several rounds of antibiotics. She said it looked like yeast coming out of them, and then she smelled it on a cotton swab and confirmed that is was. She went on the basis, if it looks like and smells like, it is. The medication cleared it up.
Just remember life has its ups and downs. Take care of yourself.

It's also in my digestive tract because every time I eat, I have to run to the bathroom.
My kind roommate, (who is into science instead of religion, by the way) gave me the rest of his acidophilus so I can try to replenish the "good" bacteria.
