I'm really struggling with sleep at the moment...
so I've cut back to 1 coffee in the morning... no sugar in the evening, I do have drugs to take but don't usually take them... I find that if they are strong enough to knock me out when I'm that restless, then they make me dopey the next day...
if I can't sleep within 30 min, I get up, write down whats on my mind, walk around, maybe have a shower, a drink, stretch arms, legs, neck, back etc and then go to bed all over again...
I don't have kids, but I'm living with my sister and her daughter at the moment and it makes the sleep problems so much worse cos you can't roll over and grab and extra 1/2 hour... I really feel for you guys...
