I really hope the Effexor works well for you.
I know someone who has done well on it, so I hope that for you too!
I am sensitive to side effects and have taken a high dose of St. John's Wort for a long time. But like regular antidepressants, it works for some and not for others. I guess the best thing to do is keep trying different meds until you find just the combination for you.
