I feel for you...I really do. If possible get a cassette recorder, and everytime you want to scream or rant or just talk about what you feel, record it. Take the tapes to your counselor. I know I have to write things down when I think of them, because by the time I get to the doctors the issues have left my mind, or I can not find the words to describe what I want to say. I take my list with me, and it helps me to relay what is bothering me. Best Wishes ((((((((((hugs))))))))).
