Didn't get lost! Yea!Went long, 7 hours (vs 4 anticipated). Due to miscalculation, no breaks. (and all this on a slice of banana bread and about 1 1/2 cups of water...)Wow, was I exhausted!!! Didn't even read the forum. Went to bed right after getting a little something to eat. Sleep is gooood!

Today: Refreshed. Hoping to get a few things done. Probably will. Honestly can't remember if I took my meds this morning though. Texted BF. Maybe he will remember.
