I get depressed and anxious in the mornings, particularly on weekdays. I think it has to do with being nervous about holding down my job. I wake up in a panic. Once I face my day and force myself to dive in, it does get better. I just wish I wouldn't have this most every day.
Can you attribute your morning depression to anything that might be taking place during the day? Or do you think it's totally a chemical thing?
