I tell her this and I get..Thats your Primary DR concern... I have Tramadol and Vicoden for Pain. But if I take a Tramadol I feel dizzy... So Damn Tired of This, If the rest of my life will be like this then **** it.

Sounds bad, Pditty. Sounds really bad. I hope you're not taking it out on your wife or kids. That would be a hell of a lot worse. Aren't they giving you any meds that help you out? You talk about Tramadol and Vicoden, but is that enough? It sure doesn't sound like it. I know you're seeing a T. But is he/she a GOOD T? If they are, you ought to be able to start climbing out of your hole by now. Keep in mind, not every T is a good match for the patient. Feel free to ask for a new one if you need it. And of course feel free to ask for different meds if your present ones aren't doing the job. Sometimes it takes quite a while to get set up with the right T and the right meds. But do not lose hope. Most of us ultimately find the right combination in time. And you can too. Take care.
