It is good to avoid filthiness if you can.
But it is harder than it looks! What is the motivation to tidy oneself up before going out to the shops if one is
not going to meet anyone there? Why not just go in the clothes you slept in? That's what I did this morning.
I just keep my head down and mind my own business,
and do my thing. Yup. It makes we think thoughts though, like, well, I am certainly not going to meet anyone today. I don't think I am looking very approachable! So yeah, I have begun the day with no hope, once again. Daunting stuff for someone with social phobia.
