Man, I would have gotten concerned about that kind of thing too, just because sometimes it's really difficult to post for help, or even just a statement that ya hope someone out there can relate too. One time, I posted a dating ad on craigslist, and it was super innocent, but it kept getting "ghosted" which means there was something "threatening" or whatever on there. For the life of me I couldn't understand it (still don't) especially in comparison with the other types of posts. I just hated the feeling, couldn't understand why someone would find something wrong with it-so I'm glad you reported it anyway, cuz letting that stuff go just leaves an injured character.
