I'm no PHD,MD I have been dealing with these things for 30yrs.There is no telling(even after therapy)of what you might be suffering from.The responsible DR.will agree and then give you his best guess diagnostic from your symptoms(which change with duration).
(Even the best will admit we don't know).I suspect your OCD is driving you bonkers and my experience turned it
to uncontrollable paranoia which inturn came to be paranoid schizophrenia.I don't have the answers but neither does your Dr.
