We just changed my meds/dosages...again:

100 mg Lamictal (was on 300 & kept falling a lot)
300 mg Wellbutrin
60 mg Cymbalta
0.137 mg Synthroid (Thyroid dead from radiation)
2 mg Estradiol (hormone)
Adderal 10 mg twice a day (just started this week but not any perkier yet)
150 mg Lithium (starting today & can work up to 3 per day)
Vitamin D for a deficiancy
also on antibiotics & pain meds after oral surgery

I went for a good while on a certain cocktail that did well but since that stopped working it feels like we are floundering around trying to keep me out of the darkness. Very frustrating.
