I just wanted to share that I managed to get my dishes washed today! They had been sitting there for over two weeks... I couldn't get to my sink, stove, or counters, and the fruit flies were starting to swarm. I've been participating in this partial hospitalization program, and tackling the dishes has been one of my goals for the past 8 or 9 consecutive days. I finally found the energy to do it this afternoon. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to clean some of the old food out of the refrigerator... and (maybe) go to the grocery store.
