Sorry for what you are going through, I went through the same thing about 3 years ago. My wife and I actually did end up losing our house, the bank agreed to a modification, but we were both employed through a temp agency at the time and apparently they couldn't work with that. We ended up moving out of state to make a fresh start, which was scary at first but now I am very glad we did. I was finally able to get a job back in the financial industry, and now things are finally starting to look up. Don't give up hope, you will get back on your feet again.
