I agree with what the others have said.
And I want to add, if you think you have a disorder (and it seems that you do, since you did some research) you really should see a doctor. Self-diagnosis is impossible and could be misleading... if you start to live up to the symptoms that you believe your diagnosis to be.
The only one who can give you a true diagnosis is a trained psychiatrist. They are also the ones who can provide help for this, whether prescribing meds or recommending therapy. Bottom line is there is relief from these uncomfortable feelings, buy you have to seek it out from the right places.
You have taken the steps of realizing that things could be better, that you want them to be better, and taking steps to find out how. This place can provide great support while you are seeking help, so I hope you feel welcome here and continue to post. You aren't annoying anyone, that is what we are here for.
