Maybe talking or thinking about everything you afraid of happening (for lack of better wording). And also, what is causing the anxiousness, do ya think?

It could be hard to pinpoint; could be as abstract sounding as a childhood experience to as recent as having some trouble with the job and worried about running into conflicts.

I think worst-case-scenerio sometimes, that way if it happens I have
already figured out what to do...I donno, maybe that's just productive worring, lol.

I think before you go, you should insur stuff like giving yourself plenty of chillax time before you have to leave, drink some hot tea or whatever....
I like to strech, makes you take deep breathes and loosens up all thise tight muscles, maybe listen to your favorite music, eat something healthy-
you know, all those things that will put your mind at ease before you get there.

I wish you the best, it might turn out to be really fun,
and I wish that for you.
