Your cousin definitely needs to go to the doctor; it does not look like any of the "normal" side effects for HGH and I doubt that one injection would cause those anyway (diabetes). As watchthestarsfall says, could have been shock or, I was thinking maybe it was not really HGH or was mixed with something else (since the Mayo Clinic says an HGH shot can cost in the thousands of dollars; it could have been "cut" with something bad).
