Depression can also cause physical aches and pains but yours sound like there's something physical happening. I agree it sounds like fibromyalgia. Get a complete physical done with blood work - ask for your vit D levels, they can test for evidence of rhuematoid arthritis, and lime disease (if you've been around mosquitoes).
