That sounds very stressful. I can't relate completely, but on feeling like a zombie I certainly can. The mood swings could be keeping you up, but you might want to see a doc about it.
The one thing that is ounds you haven't done is sit, breathe and relax. You'll be ok before the end. Just have some hope.

Hope isn't going to help you get some sleep, but it'll help you find a way to get some sleep.
When you started getting very little sleep, did something happen emotionally to throw you off? I have sleeping and energy problems now because emotional disruptions from months ago.
