I used to have a four o'clock slump until I started drinking more fluids during the day. I first noticed the change when I was in a situation where I was drinking more and suddenly realized I was not experiencing the low I was used to. The hot temperature would certainly make me think that more liquids would help you. Good luck. Seedychap
