I sure can relate, I'm having some trouble with dreams again too. And I noticed today that I feel a bit touchy about sleep tonight, like I'd rather not sleep if it means challenging dreams.
I drink coffee in morning but have to not drink it later on, makes for extra bad sleep.
Tonight I'm taking a relaxing bath, might try some warmed milk, restful music too. I am also paying attention to how I talk to myself about all this. Definitely time for soothing imagery and self-talk.
