I've always been fascinated with art therapy, music thrapy, poetry therapy, etc. I'm "afraid" of art, my T and I even discussed that a little bit. She gave me some modeling clay one session and it freaked me out as I didn't know what to "make" with it, how to proceed. But it turned out to be really helpful talking about that and working with the clay; I gave her some "modeling soap" as a kind of gag, Christmas gift that year:

Yes that is it she does collages. The name of the book she brought with her is Journal Bliss creative prompts to unleash your inner eccentric...by a woman named violette her website is www.violette.ca it has a bit about her book on there. It is kind of a blog I guess her website I just found it to put on this post I didn't look around. The pages in her book are what my sister and now I do.
