I have tried DBT a a few times, unfortunately I just don't "get it". I tried a group, but my mind wanders and I had a hard time focusing. Plus it was a general dbt group, and I was coming in as a beginner and not understanding. I did read the "official" book...I think by Marsha Linehan or something. Wasn't able to grasp much. There are really no dbt t's in my area.
