Son had his first car, hubby told him to come home from his job straight down the main highway and slowly, as there was a snow storm coming and it was his first winter driving. He turned off on a side road to drive past his girlfriend's house, slid and ran into a small tree. Cut his forhead pretty bad and was sitting in a county truck waiting for the emergency squad when we got there. So, I am telling you this to say that I agree with you. Your daughter should pay her own fines, and do some hard thinking. My son is 33 and carries this nice circle scar from the steering wheel forever.
