I think surgical answers result in more issues for most people...at least that's what I find when I speak to those who've had surgery. Most don't turn out better for the effort (and time, energy, money and pain.)

I know we have to whine at times, well maybe we don't have to, but it happens often before we're aware? ("We" being those who manage chronic pain.) The important part is that we do get to where you are, thinking more positively and assuading the pain somewhat with how we think.

Yet, I had to be reminded (thank God for my pain mgmt T) that today, tonight, I need to focus on my sympathetic nerve pain and address it with proper strategies for overcoming it, and not feeding it to make it worse.

Hope you have a better night.
