I don't call myself a therapy addict for nothing! I know what you mean. Therapy becomes more important than RL, so how do you know if it's helping or hurting you?
Have you discussed this with your T? I suggest doing that first. Do you have goals for your therapy? My goal is to heal whatever is wrong with me so that I don't have this never ending need for the therapy. If I could just quit, I would. So therapy is already the problem, but underneath that, are needs that haven't been met. Do you think that's the case with you?
