I believe that if you could just forget your issues and move on, you would've done it long ago. It's not that easy. I tried it, just quit therapy, forget about everything and move on. Yeah... I survived a month or two and went back. To a different T. The part when therapy seems a bigger problem than those that brought you to T in the first place is temporary. At least for me it was. Change of T helped a lot. I'm not saying that you have to change your T, but for me part of the problem was the first T. Also, a good T would not allow you to create a drama out of therapy to avoid real issues, they have ways to prevent it As ppl here on PC say, trust the process
