I've neither used not registered for either but I might consider it if anyone can recommend it as a tool to help identify patterns or imminent blackspots. Anyone here found charting their moods useful in any way or even unhelpful at all?
Another good site, based off the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance page is http://www.facingus.org -- it includes a Wellness Tracker (basically a mood chart), ability to journal, make a wellness plan, and share your inspirations.

I've found the mood tracking helps considerably to show to my pdoc because I can never quite remember all those pertinent details off the top of my head. And the wellness plan reminds me what coping skills and supports I have when I need them.
