I have always been a night owl. But I have never had this much trouble before. It just seems to flip after one night. There was a hard time with the heat that it flipped before earlier this summer, and I don't know if I really got it securely back from that. I've never had this much free time that is unstructured. I used to stay up really late on school breaks as a kid and never wanted (and still don't want to) wake up in the morning.
