If you want trouble the best way to get it is to go toe to toe with child services. If you get on their wrong side you will regret it.

I don't want to stress you, but honestly make sure that you handle this very carefully because if you start mentioning court orders to get into your home they can get one because you are being obstructive and if you're labelled obstructive by child services theres not much chance of they'll listen to you if you object to the doctors giving your daughter the drugs and they can side with the doctors and agree with the doctors that they should get a court order to medicate your daughter.

Be as reasonable as you possibly can and as pleasant as you can, and just put your best foot forward and remember that she is there to talk to YOU not your other children, regarding the daughter in hospital who does not live with you. She said the daughter who does not live with you so that you are aware it is not a complaint about your home or children living with you at home.

Please remain as calm as you possibly can and remember that this is about your hospitalised daughter and her situation. Also try to remember that if she is in a living situation which you think is causing most of her symptoms, that you focus on that issue and put it forward. Just remember that if your daughter is not at home and is still exhibiting the same behaviours then there isn't much chance you can fight the doctors re her being medicated because if the behaviour is evident there isn't much chance that her home situation is the cause of her behaviour,
