how can i overcome a jealousy problem??

I hate when my boyfriend even walks by another girl that I think looks prettier than me, it puts me in a bad mood and ruins my night or day....

I think most of it is my self-esteem issue but how can I fix my jealousy of other girls. Im not being concided but Im really pretty or i used to be, I dont think I am now..lol
