you are in a time of upheaval and uncertainty. Things will improve soon and you will find a middle ground on which you can stand and feel safer.

We all go through these unsettling times and we go through them often. Please try to remember that we all know what it's like so we are all here to support you.

You have taken on a task you should be very proud for and others in your position couldn't do it at all, couldn't even imagine being able to do what you are doing now.
