Seems like your parents gave too much importance to attractiveness rather than what kind of person you are. (Same with my parents too.) Of course being physical attractive is important, but so are being wise, patient, intelligent, etc

If you define yourself only as a pretty person and derive your sense of value from your beauty, you are bound to feel low when you grow old, pregnant, etc.
You need to celebrate yourself for being beautiful and much more.
