You know, I imagine that you're probably feeling like the situation is hard to control. Can I suggest a baby step... at least going for a long walk once a day, maybe with your sister or a girlfriend? At least try to put some exercise into your routine -- you'll feel a bit better about yourself, and you can add more healthy things into your day as things progress.

Can you try that?
