Nico I have been glad that you are posting. A large part of this place is support but don't forget that not only includes your posts directly... but other people may read your posts and identify with something you said and that helps them too, and helps them understand they are not alone.

And posting also gives people a chance to respond, and offering support to someone else is a great way to ease one's own pain. It feels good to share and to offer support.

If there were anything out of place in your posts, you would have likely gotten a PM from one of the moderators. My guess is that the depression you are feeling is just trying to inflict itself on your self confidence. Depression is like that... almost like a virus in some ways, in that it protects itself and one of the ways it does that is to make us feel we are wrong to seek treatment, unworthy of support.

But that is just depression lying to you.

So please keep posting, this is a safe place to post, and if anyone is having a specific problem I am sure you would be notified. I certainly haven't seen anything that has effected me poorly.
