I think my sister has antisocial personality disorder. My family won't believe me even though she continues to do the things she does.

She slaps and shakes babies if they are around. Gets pregnant and stabs herself in the stomache when her man breaks up with her. Lies and steals compulsively. Has sex and entraps men with pregnancy. Claims rape when she wasn't raped and is just pissed of at the man she's with. She recently robbed another place she was working at. She can't hold down a job because of stealing, lying, assaulting others. When she gets in trouble with family or the law she "cries" (tears rarely come out) and says "I was abused" and she gets out of trouble. She had sex with a guy she just met after breaking into another persons house and had sex in front of a five year old and got out of it by saying she was raped. I know she wasn't raped, I was there before she left the house and saw her leaving willingly while grabbing his junk and she was sober!

I confronted her on the plans she had written with one of her "friends" on Myspace about her "taking everthing my brother has" before she skips state. She of course denied everything even though I printed out the public conversation on Myspace she had with her friend. She denies stealing even though everything that went missing was under her bed. Even when I have video evidence of her lies and theft she denies it saying it was forged saying, "That's not me"!

What can I do before she kill another innocent baby? Why can't my family see this? Why aren't the police doing anything to stop her rampage?

If you could only see the soulless look in her eyes, it's like there is nothing there. People are just objects to her.
