I've used MoodTracker and I found it useful because it really showed me how badly I was doing. Pretty much every day I was recording moderate to severe depression and/or anxiety and/or irritability and this was over several months. It definitely made me realize that I needed to get more professional help. Since re-starting medication and getting back into therapy I haven't been back to MoodTracker, but this thread made me think about it again, so thank you for that! I do think it is a useful tool. I also really like the sound of the wellness site that RecoveryInstructor mentions.
