i'm sorry you're hurting. maybe when you go back you can work on previewing all posts...read and reread them a couple of times before submitting them. beside the puter screen have a notepad of questions to ask self about the post before hitting submit (i.e. is it supportive, caring, informative, hurtful, biting, etc)? before long, you'll have it down and won't need to do any of that, i think.

what do you think about that?
